Roaster's Notes:
I would say that this coffee is one of my go-to coffees. I can drink this coffee almost throughout the week. It's really great as a pourover where the orange and chocolate notes really shine through. I usually hover around a 10:1 or 15:1 coffee ratio. I rarely brew this coffee as a Immersion coffee, but when I do the main flavors are hollow in flavor.
I would also recommend this coffee with cream and sugar. However, if you are using a creamer, I believe it's best to use a more neutral tasting one because if not, it will interfere with the natural flavor of the coffee.
In conclusion, this coffee is roasted to a true medium level. This means you will not be tasting any vegetable flavor, under develop coffee. For you to get the best out of this coffee, I highly suggest that you brew at different coffee ratios. If you don't, you will experience the orangey note all the time, which may put you off to enjoy this coffee life with you.
