As a coffee roaster, I'm always on a quest to unlock the full potential of each bean's flavor profile. It's a delicate dance between science and artistry, constantly tweaking variables like temperature, grind size, and brew time to tease out those elusive tasting notes. Today, I want to take you behind the scenes and share my latest coffee gear obsession - the Hario V60 Switch brewer. This deceptively simple dripper has rekindled my creative spark and opened up a world of new brewing possibilities.
