The concept of this coffee profile is almost blasphemy to the world of Specialty Coffee. Roasting an African coffee to a true dark roast profile can be to purest as bad as cooking a prime or wagyu steak well done or long finger nails scratching a chalk board. Well, who still uses a chalk board?

But this coffee isn't for the so-called purist. It's for a coffee fan who admires different takes on things and a dark roast lover who has never tasted a coffee so bold, but so sweet with a fruity finish.

This coffee does a really good job of turning you upside down and to think this is even possible. You can throw all of the brewing techniques at it and you will get a similar taste with a slight variation. 

This coffee is extreme fun to enjoy and you will be surprised how yummy an African coffee can taste as a real dark roast profile.
