This is what I think of this coffee: This coffee is I don't know. LMAO. Now you would think a coffee roaster, who is trying to sell some coffee, would know what he is tasting in the cup would say something cool and out of this world with this coffee. But realize that I haven't even taking a sip of it yet. It's still resting. However, I should come back to what it is very soon. So look at the tasting notes of what you will probably taste from the importer. LOL: Just being real!

This Ethiopian white honey coffee is soft, delicate, and quietly expressive.

It opens with gentle, bright flavors—green apple and grapefruit—followed by light florals like jasmine and rose. There’s a sweetness underneath that feels smooth and rounded, showing up as marzipan, soft caramel, and hints of chocolate as the cup develops. As it cools, subtle fruit tones emerge, reminiscent of pomegranate and red apple candy, adding depth without overwhelming the cup.

What sets this coffee apart is how balanced it feels. The honey process keeps everything cohesive and approachable, smoothing out the acidity and tying the florals, fruit, and sweetness together. It’s aromatic without being perfumed, sweet without being heavy, and complex without feeling challenging.

This is a great option for drinkers who enjoy nuanced, lighter coffees but don’t want something overly intense or wild. Brewed as pour-over or drip, it highlights its floral and fruit character. With a slightly deeper roast or different brew approach, it can lean warmer and more dessert-like, with chocolate and caramel notes coming forward.
